We have a color challenge this week over at the Global Design Project project blog. This vivid color pallet is perfect for Spring.
For my card, I built a striped background using the handle die from the All Dressed Up Dies (#151665). I loved the stitched detail. After I mounted the strips, I die cut the entire panel using the Stitched Rectangles Dies (#148551). Next, I used the Stamparatus to carefully stamp the sentiment from Forever Blossoms (#151457) at an angle using Night of Navy ink. I added Dimensionals to the panel and added it to a Thick Whisper White top-folding card base.
Next, I used sponge daubers to easily color flowers from the Flowering Foils Speciality DSP (#152312). This paper is available March 3-31, 2020 as a free Sale-a-Bration item with the purchase of $50 (U.S.). This paper is beautiful and the flowers are very easy to fussy cut, so don't let that intimidate you.
I also added some clear rhinestones to finish off the card and add some additional sparkle.
Be sure to check out what the other talented designers/players have created for this great color challenge at the Global Design Project Challenge Blog.
We would love to have you play along with us this week.
