It's time for another great sketch challenge this week at Global Design Project.
My new stamping supplies from the 2018-2019 catalog finally arrived, but I haven't had a chance to play. While I was waiting, I decided to get a head start on some upcoming projects by using returning products from last year. I am absolutely thrilled that the Wood Textures 6 x 6" DSP (#144177) is in the new catalog, along with one of my favorite floral sets, Falling Flowers (#139553/#139556).
I am thrilled that the returning Stampin' Blends markers are back in stock and available for order and the new colors should be available soon. Here I used Pumpkin Pie (dark and light), Rich Razzleberry (dark and light), Old Olive (dark and light) and to achieve Real Red I used Calypso Coral (light) with Cherry Cobbler (light) over top. I also used Blends to color the Basic Pearls for the flower centers. I also die cut several "celebrate" words using the Celebrate You Thinlits (#146840) and stacked them to give the look of chipboard. For the top layer I used more of the Wood Textures DSP.
We would love to have you play along with us this week. Be sure to check out what the other talented designers/players have created for this fun challenge at the Global Design Project Challenge Blog.
I WOULD LOVE TO BE YOUR STAMPIN' UP! DEMONSTRATOR
If you are in the United States and need a demonstrator, then you can order your supplies in my online store here.
