Global Design Project #GDP079 Theme Challenge

It's time for a theme challenge over on the Global Design Project Challenge Blog this week.

I have yet another card that I made for the displays at the November OnStage event in Atlanta. I have known for several weeks that this card would fit our theme this week, so I saved it for this challenge.

I combined the Up & Away thinlits, Circle Layering thinlits and the Carousel Birthday stamp set to create this fun card.
