I am truly enjoying being on the Global Design Project Design Team because each week presents a new and exciting challenge. Let me just tell you that the other demonstrators on this team really know how to "bring it" and it is keeping me on my toes. Normally I love sketch challenges, but for what ever reason this one really threw me for a loop. It took a couple of tries before I had something that I felt was a good use of the sketch.
This card is so simple and let's be honest, most of the cards I make are anything but that, so I really wanted to find a way to add a WOW factor. That is when I got the idea to make an embellishment using corrugated paper die cut with the Stars Framelits.
Speaking of sentiments...I heat embossed the "Merry" stamp and star from the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 stamp set. I love this set. It has a little bit of everything for the holidays and it is so versatile!
