I am totally in love with the Banner Blast Sale-a-bration set and the coordinating punch. When I made this adorable little banner I was thinking how much fun it would be to give this to a co-worker to decorate their cubical. I can just see this draped over the computer monitor or or pinned to their cork board as a reminder of their special day.
I call this a "Party in a Box". Wouldn't it be so much fun to add in some sequins or confetti so that when it is opened it "explodes" with excitement! It was a little difficult to get this idea across for the display boards, but at least now I can explain what I had in mind. And the bright colors make it perfect for just about any occasion.
I stamped each banner with the Banner Blast stamp set and then punched it out with the coordinating punch. Then I also punched a matching piece of card stock and sandwiched the white baker's twine between the two pieces. I also used the smaller banner from the Bitty Banners framelits to make the additional top piece. You could spell out Happy Birthday or Celebration on those pieces to give it an even more custom look.
