This is it...the final display sample from Leadership 2014. This card features the poppy from the Happy Watercolor stamp set. I really love this stamp set, but you already know how much I love flowers. Believe it or not, I actually colored this with Stampin' Write Markers (Pumpkin Pie and Tangerine Tango). Flowers are the easiest to color because you can work on one petal at a time.
I guess that I ought to just go ahead and admit something right now. I made this card almost five months ago, and while I do have a fairly decent memory, I honestly can't remember which color of blue that I used for the sky. I am fairly certain that I used more than one shade of blue. I also sponged the edges with Early Espresso ink and mounted everything on a piece of Tangerine Tango cardstock that I cut with the Scallop Circle Bigz Die and then created a Basic Black card base with the Circles Collection Framelits die.
