I have a confession to make. I didn't purchase the Love You Much Bundle and of course now I am kicking myself because I have seen so many adorable things that were created with it. Now that I have gotten that off my chest, I can move forward with today's post.
Sometimes it is good to take a look at the products you have on hand and it forces you to be creative. This is the case with this little tag. Instead of whining about what I don't have, I decided to be thankful for all the wonderful products that I DO HAVE! I pulled out two different word sets and mixed them together for this tag. The word "cherish" is from Warm Words (#115108) and stamped in Chocolate Chip classic ink. "Forever" is from Fundamental Phrases (#114968) and is stamped in Riding Hood Red classic ink. The beautiful bow is made using the retired satin ribbon from the last catalog. I punched out my images using the Small Tag Punch (#108264) and backed it with some Riding Hood Ribbon that I punched with the Tag Punch (#105934). I punched two small hearts from some DSP from the Bella Rose collection (#112041) from a punch that I already had on hand. I punched a tiny hole at the top and tied on the tag with some linen thread. I purchased the chocolate heart sucker from my local HomeGoods store in Mt. Juliet. Here is a little tip...I removed the original packaging because I didn't like the look of all the price tags and rewrapped it using a flat medium cellophane bag (#102757).
While I was playing around with this idea, I came up with a slightly different version of the same tag. This time I used the word "cherish" from Baroque Motifs (#113490). The words were too long for the small tag punch so I used the large punch and turned it sideways. I used Real Red CS for the second layer because it went better with this cute suckers that I purchased from Target in Hermitage. Again I removed the damaged outer packaging but this time I didn't replace it. This time I made a bow using the beautiful 5/8" grosgrain ribbon in Choclolate Chip (#109051).
