This is another one of the bags I picked up at Big Lots. I covered the front with Ski Slope DSP from the Holiday Mini Catalog. Then I used the bottom portion of the large pennant die to cut a pennant from Baja Breeze Card Stock. I layered some more dsp on top. I added a strip of chocolate chip cs across the bottom and added three little blue rhinestones. The little embellishment is made with a rub-on from Season of Cheer (#112843). It looks like I used the designer label punch but I didn't because it wasn't big enough. I actually cut two rectangular pieces and used the ticket corner punch.
The snowflake is the largest of the Little Felt Flurries. This bag measures approximately 5.25" tall by 4" wide.
