This fun little bag was simple yet it turned out really cute. I found these pre-made gift bags at Big Lots (8 for $3) and altered them.
I was a little tired of Ski Slop DSP and Felt Flurries, so I decided to make a switch and pull out some Bella Rose DSP instead. I covered the front of the bag with the Red & Pink Polka Dot paper and added a big bow from some yummy chocolate silk ribbon that I also purchased at Big Lots for $1 per spool (couldn't pass up a bargain like that).
For the tag I used the chocolate chip Season of Cheer Rub-on "Naughty or Nice" on Pirourette Pink CS and punched it with the wide oval punch. Then I cut a 3/8" strip of Chocolate Chip CS and used the scallop edge punch on one side. I snipped the straight edge at every scallop and added it to the back edge of the oval.
