Last year at this time my husband was serving with the Army National Guard at Camp Bucca, Iraq. I can't tell you how grateful I am that he returned home to us safe and sound in March. That was a difficult time in our lives, but by the grace of God and the prayers of many we managed to make it through those trying times. I just wanted to take a few minutes to wish everyone a wonderful Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with love, joy, peace, and happiness. I especially want to thank those who are sacrificing this holiday season by having a loved one serve in our armed forces. Please know that you and your loved ones are in my prayers!
Most of all I would like to thank God for sending his Beloved Son, Jesus, to this earth for a world in need. Remember...Jesus is the reason for the season!
I am taking a few weeks off from my blog to spend time with those who are dear to me. See you next year!
Merry Christmas!
